At Sitar Harmony, each instrument is handpicked and meticulously prepared by our expert team upon order. This ensures that you receive an instrument that meets our high-quality standards. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and
holidays. For custom orders or larger sitars, additional time may be required for preparation.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. Most shipments, both domestic and international, are delivered within 2-5 business days.
Safe Shipping Guarantee
We offer a Safe Shipping Guarantee to protect your purchase from damage, theft, or loss during transit. Should any issue arise, contact us at support@sitarharmony.com for immediate assistance. Opting out of this protection is possible at checkout, but we

International Shipping
Sitar Harmony ships globally, reaching customers anywhere that major carriers like UPS and DHL operate. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the
buyer’s responsibility.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our instruments come with a satisfaction guarantee. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery if it is in its original condition and packaging. For damaged items, please contact us with your order number and a photo at support@sitarharmony.com.
