At Sitar Harmony, we take pride in the quality of our instruments and your satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your instrument. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain
number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund
is posted.

Customized Items
Only regular stock items may be refunded. Customized items that have been specially ordered or altered per customer request (excluding standard tuning adjustments) are non-refundable.
